How quickly will I hear back?

Is the on-site assessment really free?
Yes — the 45–90 minute assessment is completely free across Greater Sydney. We measure, size the system, and email a fixed written quote the same day. If we don’t think you need the work, we’ll say so.
Do I need to be home for the assessment?
Yes — we need to see the property to size the system accurately and check outdoor unit placement. If you’re not available, a partner or building manager can be there instead. Just note it in the “Project details” field.
Is there any obligation to book?
